Return Address within the U.S & Mexico
There's a 30-day return policy from date of estimated delivery date.

Packages sent out from our US and Mexico fulfillment centers are returned to our Charlotte facility: 11201 Ed Brown Rd, Charlotte, North Carolina, 28273. This address is only for product returns and nothing else. All other types of correspondence (notices, letters, etc.) sent to this address will be returned to the sender.

Please leave us a message with your name and order number. Also, include the reason for return and if necessary photo proof.

Orders lost in the mail are replaceable or refundable if sufficient proof from customer is presented. Please make sure shipping addresses are correct before confirming orders. Undelivered orders because of wrong address or undeliverable address are subject to new shipping charge if the order is resent after corrections.

Products that arrive damaged are replaceable. However, there must be documentation presented by customer of damages.

Any returns or problems that occur because of an error on our part will be handled at our expense. The customer may decide for a refund or replacement. If the customer would like to exchange or return a product without any defect or due to a wrong size being ordered, there might be small charge for new shipment. The customer will be notified if there will be a charge and they may decide to proceed or cancel the request.
